While our roots remain deep in the Visayas and Mindanao regions, this event served as a strategic introduction of the company, along with our developments across different industries to a new network of partners in the country’s capital.
The evening’s highlight was an exclusive preview of our upcoming luxury development: JW Marriott Residences Panglao Island. This branded residential project in Bohol will offer an uncompromising standard of luxury to the Philippines.
The event was graced by the presence of AppleOne Group’s founders, Ray G. Manigsaca, Chairman & CEO, and Engr. Venus H. Manigsaca (Vice-Chairman), and top executive leadership, underscoring the company’s deep commitment to this new chapter of growth.
We were honored to have Mr. Bruce Winton, Area General Manager of Marriott International Philippines, and Mr. Kevin Iranzo, Director of Hotel Development – Philippines, Marriott International, in attendance. Their presence is proof of AppleOne Group’s strengthened partnership with Marriott International as we build our third Marriott-branded development, following the success of Sheraton Cebu Mactan and Fairfield by Marriott Cebu Mactan.
